Okay, So I'm going to start blogging about healthier ways to eat. For the past 5 years I've been passionate about being and eating healthy. Not to just to make sure I stay in shape but it makes you feel better about yourself! I like to think that I know alot about health and fitness! So I'm going to start sharing more about what I eat and workout. Now that I am VERY pregnant.. Eating healthy is all I got right now. I taught body pump till I was 24 weeks and then continued to do light workouts, walking, elliptical, resistance bands and prenatal YOGA. But now I start getting contractions after to long, so I keep it light because I have to keep my babies in as long as I can! But you KNOW as soon as I am able, I will begin my workout regimen and I will record helpful workout hints and such. I also think it will help me to be more motivated to get into my pre-BABIES bod! And hopefully you can benefit from it to!
For dinner tonight.. I didn't have time to make dinner today, like most everyone experiences a few times a week.. right? or maybe you just don't feel like cooking.. So I go to Papa Murphys. AVOID the thick crust, extra cheese and Pepporoni.. and GO with the DE-LIGHT crust. LOTS of VEGGIES (artichokes, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and even fresh zuchinni) , GRILLED CHICKEN and go easy on the cheese. SO good!! Now.. only if they had whole wheat crust.. But on the Go.. Couldn't be better! Make it your own and you'll love it!
