Jamie and I, she is also 32 weeks prego with twin girls!!I just had my 32 week appointment a few days ago. I can't even believe it! This has gone by so fast!
I had my first non stress test, They do a ultrasound to check position, weight and amount of fluid in each sac then put sensors on each babies heart. They monitor the babies heart rates for about 30 minutes. So I just get to sit there in this room and listen to my babies hearts beat. I loved it. The report came out normal. It did read that I had 3 contractions in that half hour!! I didn't even feel them.. I usually just feel the contractions if I go for a walk or start doing to much around the house. So I thought it was crazy when she told me I had 3 while I was just sitting there. But she explained its normal and it couldn't be any better. I get to do these test every week now up to delivery. While I was laying there I overheard this nurse ask another lady "do you know how big your baby is?" and she said no.. and the nurse said "He is 9 and 1/2 lbss!!" And I just laid there and thought ugh.. that poor lady.. get that baby out of her.. that has to be miserable to carry that heavy of a baby...
AND about 10 minutes later.. I realized that my babies will probably be a least 5 lbs EACH if not heavier.. so I did the math in my head.. I could actually end up.. carrying OVER 10 pounds of baby in me.. oh my..
I then went up to visit my Dr. and I had to get my cervix checked.. ugh. OUCH.. that is no fun. Everything looked fine. SO he is pretty much is positive that I'll carry these twins to full term. uhhh... okay so like 37 weeks right?.. and he said "no... more like 38.." oh man... forget.. 10 lbs.. I'm going to have more like 14 lbs of baby.. Yes.. you may cry now for me.. BUT on the upside.. that means these babies will be healthy, happy and no NICU.. YA!! So lets just hope it stays that way! I am still looking at a Cesarean because of the position of the babies and my narrow pelvis. So I am okay with it.. I know I will be sore but as long as my babies are healthy and safe. I'll go with it.
So thats where I'am right now. Still working a little, and resting ALOT!

Yay! I am so glad those little munchkins are staying in there (to your dismay)! My cousin just had her baby 8 weeks early... scary stuff. Just think, they will be here before you know it and you will think, "This is CRAZY! Why did I want them out?!" :)

I'm so happy you and the babies are doing so well! The stress test thing cracked me up, they told me Viliami was going to 10 pounds!! (he was only 9) :) Love you
