..Lake Mead..

oh hey! So we just got home from Lake Mead this week, It was a fun family vacation as always!! We had some R & R and got lots of boating in!
We left last Thursday night right after my BF wedding! It was beautiful and she was gorgeous! I'm so happy for Mr. and Mrs. HUNT!

We got the car packed and set to go and babies fed and changed by 10:30 PM. We decided to drive at night with lots of caffeine.. (not me..Brent) I was out and caffeine makes my babies a little wild.. But the babies sleep the longest through the night. Soo.. We drove to St. George, we arrived about 2:30 AM. We stayed with Jamie, Brad and their twinners Frankie & Jolie (who are only 2 days older then T&B).. I didn't take any pics! ugh.. still way mad about that.. oh well, we will have to go visit them again..
We left and made it to Las Vegas by NOON!

Welcome home

Thanks to papa ken for renting out such a fab house! It had everything.. ping pong, pool, hockey, sand volleyball & my fav the pool.

We hung out here a lot..

Off to the LAKE!!

T & B snoozed for a bit on the beach. Then daddy took them back, cause it was just hot and mead doesn't have the best beaches.

And left mommy to catch up on a little.. A LOT of this.

The water GLASS all weekend! It was unbelievable and the water was almost 80 degrees! So it was perfect, I couldn't ask for anything better! I didn't get one pic of Brent boarding cause we took turns with the babes.. but just know he is extraordinary

 & of course some cruisin..

 It was an amazing trip!

I even went on a few runs with T&B

They love rides.. but they make Baylee just plain exhausted..

Before we headed home we made a few necessary stops..

2 month well check.. check.

T & B had their two month well check yesterday

They were so excited.. can't you tell..

 It was informative, eventful and interesting to say the least. I love our pediatrician he is grade A folks. Dr. Omura is so patient and listens to everything you ask and can actually answer every question you throw at him. He even talks to the babies and its adorable..
They both got weighed, measured length wise and the circumference of their little noggins..

Its official.. she is now the size of a normal newborn.

She is just my little petite thing & I love it.

So yes, the babes got their shots, I was worried about shots, researched them, prayed about them. And came to the conclusion that they will get them and they are for the best. If I can do something to protect my children then I will darn well do it. Brent came with me

 and put the babies down for the shots then I had a bottle in hand immediatly after.. they calmed down right after.

Quite a shock for the little nuggets but I think they did extremely well.
They are my pride & joy and we have loved having their sweet spirits in our home, they are ours and to us are perfect in every way. We feel so blessed to be their mother & father and to love and nurture them as they continue to grow.

Mom & Dad love you two little squirts more then life itself. Thanks for picking us :) 

Fair FUN!!

Let's just say.. I LOVE the state fair..  I love the rides, seeing the animals, the big yellow slide, the crazy food and all the interesting people gathered..

Braelyn is a flirt with Tanner already..

We went and saw some of the little animals..

Then we went on some rides.. we went on the paraglider and the screamer.. ( I think thats what it was called) But its one of my favs..

Then we got a little hungry and went for some of this.

They had SO many toppings for it!!

The babies Loved the fair, they were SO wide eyed and awake the ENTIRE time!!

Until Next year..

{2 months}

Tanner and Baylee are 2 months!! I know everyone says it..But I can't help myself.. They grow up way to FAST!! Some fun facts about T & B
* Tanner is growing SO fast! and Bay is just our sweet little girl.
* They are sleeping 5-6 hrs every night
* They love to cuddle
* They link arms when they lay next to each other
* Both of them love the swing..we may have to invest into a 2nd one..
* Both of them snort when they cry..and its adorable.
* Tanner is laid back and Bay is def. a girl.
* Tanner has grown out of his premie clothes and wearing his big boy ones..
* Bay is still wearing her premie onsies.. everything else drowns her.
* Bath time is fun.. they love it till we take them out of the warm water.
We love these two more than anything. We are so grateful for them and their happy, healthy little bodies. They bring so much joy into our life and we can't even imagine our life without them. Children really are amazing little blessings and we are loving being their mom & dad. Its the best thing in the world.

Great Grandparents!

We had such a busy weekend! We got to go to the Utah vs UNLV game, I'm so glad I went. It was hard to leave the babies for so long. But I knew they were in safe hands with their Grandma and Grandpa Hale (thanks for watching them!) It was great to have "us" time with the hubster!

My Grandparents from Idaho drove up to meet the babies! They are the most unselfish, humble & happy couple.  I loved watching them hold hands as they walked to their car and the sweet things my grandpa would tell my grandma. You can just tell how much love they have for each other. They are so respectful towards each other and we admire them so much for it.
My Grams made the most beautiful blankets (3 for each baby!) for the babies, and gave them a cute decoration and stuffed puppy. So cute!

We were so happy to have them here with us for the weekend, We went to dinner at Trio and sat out on the patio, it was perfect weather with delicious food. Then we played games all night long! We had a blast! Thanks for a great weekend!!

We of course had to have a family picture with them.. I love my family more then anything! Yes, we are a little crazy sometimes.. but what family isn't.. c'mon.. and I wouldn't have it any other way!
