Tanner and Baylee Bement have been born. Tanner was born at 2:03 AM on July 14, 2010 and weighed 5 lbs 9 oz. Baylee was born at 2:04 AM on July 14, 2010 and weighed 4 lbs 14 oz.
Yesterday, July 13th, Candice wasn't feeling well and was having quite a few contractions throughout the day. At about 11:45 PM she decided it was enough and time to go to the hospital to see what was going on. We half expected to get sent home since she hadn't been dilating just a few days before, we wanted to be safe though. Once we got to the hospital, they gave us a room and a nurse came and did a few tests. We had some news, she was ready to get pushing. Well, since we had planned on doing a C section she wouldn't be doing any pushing. They started to prep for the surgery at about 1:30 AM and by about 2:00 AM they had entered the world. We didn't get any sleep last night but it was well worth it. I've posted over 100 pictures at the following link, email me if you have any problems viewing it.

I'm so excited I'm the first to get to comment on this amazing news! What an incredible and smooth delivery. I'm so happy that everything went so well. You look great and the babes are darling. Looking at all the pictures makes me want to deliver another baby...It's awesome!!!! I just wish I could bypass the pregnancy part ; ) Congrats!
They are SO adorable! And what a great suprise getting them a week sooner than expected. Congrats to you both. You're going to be wonderful parents :)
What a great looking family! It's hard to believe that they were BOTH in there huh? They are so adorable, and I love their names, too! I'm happy for you guys, hope the transition goes well for you and that you can get back to 100% soon!

Congrats you guys!! I'm glad you clarified the babies' weight cause when your dad sent around the work email on wed, he said 5 lb 19oz and we all thought.. hmm, that's not right.. Can't wait to go look at all the pics! The one from your dads phone was adorable!
