4 month well check!

The Twins had their 4 month check up! 

They absolutely love their doctor! and so do we. They were cooing and oooing at him through out the entire appointment.. NOT the nurses though. T & B just screamed at them... but in their defense they had to give them their shots. This visit they only got two. They were quick but sure got a reaction out of both babies. I don't think it will ever get easier! 

Miss B. Weighed in at 11 pounds!

And Mr. T weighed in at a whomping 14. He is almost to big for the scale!! 

Tanner is in the average range for everything. Besides Baylee who is pretty much on the bottom of the scale but she made it into "average" on the charts.

I love going to the Dr. To see how much they have grown. And what we should be seeing from them and expecting them to do. We got the go ahead to start feeding them rice cereal if the formula isn't enough for them. So far they make it through the night and are drinking about 5-6 ounces of formula at each meal. And are doing great. 

The only bad news we had at the dr. was tanners flat head. He was diagnosed with 

Plagiocephaly

which is pretty common with babies, and most just grow out of it, but some require helmets to fix and shape their heads. We noticed it a few months ago and was concerned so we just scheduled him an appointment to get it checked out. Sooner than later is better right? Has anyone had to deal with this kind of problem. We are working on transitional therapy right now. Which is just making sure he doesn't spend a whole lot of time on his back and switching him side to side during his naps. So hopefully it will help round out his little noggin. 

Any other tips? 

I'm so thankful for my two little munchkins. I believe we have truly been blessed with two beautiful happy, and healthy little babes. We just love them SO much!  Lets hope it continues through this cold holiday season!
